HALLMARK FEATURES:
      • Sclerotic matrix
      • Fat and lobulated margin on MRI
      • Phleboliths


Mostly lytic
Fine trabeculations, focal trabecular thickening on CT
Fat content indicates benign nature
occasional spiculated periosteal reaction
Look for phleboliths if soft tissue component


ANGIOSARCOMA
Ill defined lytic
May be multifocal in the affected area
Destructive
Proximal femur and hip common
