Injuries to Brachialis are uncommon.
Hyper extension injury has been reported resulting in muscle tear and haematoma

The muscle is also prone to direct impact injury leading to muscle contusion or haematoma,
which may be complicated by myositis ossificans
The muscle can be injured in hyperextension but This is a rare injury
